Bogota H3 Out-Station (Day 1)

Tejo

After the 4 mile A-B trail, we enjoyed Colombian BBQ on the mountain top, followed by 2 hours of Tejo, the traditional throwing sport of Colombia. Tejo is similar to Cornhole, but you throw shaped Czytaj więcej

Farewell South America

After 5 weeks in South America, I have run out of places I can get to for the time being . . . so guess I'll go back to Florida and see about getting my COVID vaccine. It has been an amazing time Czytaj więcej

Sitting in Miami, only one short flight away from my current harbor in the storm. My first trip to South America was totally awesome.

Rumson H3 - CoMo XVI

Took a long weekend sojourn up to New Jersey for the annual Commotion by the Ocean hash event, put on by the Rumson H3.

The Wait is Almost Over

After 3 months of cooling my heels in Florida, (I did get my vaccine shots), it is time to hit the road again. Flying out on Friday, to Jordan, to hash and see Petra. Then, I'll spend the summer in Czytaj więcej
First Leg to Dallas

Short hop on American to Dallas, then I'll pick up Qatar airlines to Doha. That one will be 15 hours, longest flight ever. I hope there will be some good movies, and sleep. Final leg into Amman Czytaj więcej
Delayed

Due to bad weather in Dallas, my plane was late to arrive in Tampa. So, that made departure back to Dallas late. Missed my connection. Spent about 3 hours on the phone to sort it out. Rebooked on the Czytaj więcej
Longest Flight Ever

Just flew from Dallas to Doha, over 14 hours. It actually was an excellent flight. Some good movies, sleep, and snacks. Quick layover here, then on to Jordan.
Jordan, made it, finally
