Tanjung Pomangana

Dopo la stupenda permanenza a Sanctum sono arrivata a Sunset Beach.
È una piccola steuttura su spiaggetta dove ci sono quattro bungalows affacciati sul mare, gestita da una signora russa molto simpatica e gentile.
Avevo delle aspettative un po’ alte confrontando quello che ho lasciato - purtroppo qui sono un po’ al limite della sopportazione, avendo pipistrelli e ratti in camera che si muovono tutta la notte, non avendo una doccia ma solo un bidone d’acqua per lavarmi e soprattutto essendo tagliata fuori dal mondo (che in se non sarebbe male ma qui un po’ di compagnia telefonica non guasterebbe).
Il posto non è malvagio, ma una qualche manutenzione e miglioramento non sarebbero male!
Per fortuna per i primo due giorni ho condiviso il soggiorno con una coppia di svizzeri. Con loro ho fatto un’escursione molto bella, siamo andati al lago di meduse (ci fai il bagno e non ti pungono) , poi a vedere una foresta di mangrovie molto imponente (peccato che il pontile che ti permette di camminarci attraverso è tutto marcio e decadente e devi fare attenzione a non farti male) e alla fine a due posti per lo snorkeling molto belli.
Vediamo cosa mi attende nei prossimo giorni, quando sarò l’unica ospite…

After the wonderful stay in Sanctum I arrived at Sunset Beach. It is a small structure on a small beach where there are four bungalows overlooking the sea, run by a very nice and kind Russian lady. But I had high expectations by comparing what I left - unfortunately here I am a bit living on my limits, having bats and rats in the room that move all night, not having a shower but only a water-can to was myself and above all being cut off from the world (which in itself would not be bad but here be able to call some friends would not hurt). The place is not bad, but some maintenance and improvement would not be bad!
Luckily for the first two days I shared my stay with a Swiss couple. With them I went on a very nice excursion, we went to a Jellyfish (you take a bath and they don't sting you), then to see a very impressive mangrove forest (too bad that the pier that allows you to walk through it is all rotten and decadent and you have to be careful not to hurt yourself) and in the end to two very beautiful snorkeling places.
