Conrad's Travels The Cuddle Fish was the best. It was a lighter meat. The Octupus was textured and richer but good with red wine.

I liked the cuddle fish better as well! I was skeptical after the cruise as the cuddle fish was awful! It was light and very tender! Conrad did a great job! I was helper and clean up crew!

I loved the tenticals! The base meat was more like a steak and I was full at that point! Not fishy at all! I think grilling would be great!

Recipe as follows! 1/2 onion and garlic 5 cloves minced,sautéed for 2 minutes in olive oil until fragrant! In a large sauce pan add olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter! Cut up in bite size pieces- 3 zucchini and 1 medium sized eggplant skin on both! Add to the first ingredients! Cook for a bit till tender! Add 6 vine ripe tomatoes, bite sized! Drink wine and add a cup of to your recipe without you drinking it😂! Add your favorite spices and a cheap rustic tomato sauce! Barillo capellini pasta and make sure you use great cheese!🧀!
