We found a parkspace right under the trees 50 m from the beach.
Ended up meeting some locals you gave us lots of wine and vegetables and invited us to dinner. His name was Alfredo and he was a retired Carabiniari dedective who was delighted that i shared some of my homegrown herb with him.Read more

Noch ist vieles rot um uns herum und engt uns ein, doch wir möchten was Neues sehen! 👓
Da haben wir einen offenen Campingplatz entdeckt, es soll nach Sant' Anastasia gehen. Echt schön stehen wir dort in erster Reihe, mit Meerblick und ein wunderbares Meersrauschen wiegt uns jede Nacht in den Schlaf! Traumhaft!
Hier erleben wir den Sonnenaufgang 🌄 und Sonnenuntergang direkt aus dem Meer, irgendwie unwirklich, aber doch unglaublich schön! Erkunden noch Terracina mit den Rad, bevor es uns weiter treibt😁Read more

Sperlonga and Terracina

Such a lovely coastal ride today, through Sperlonga (where mum used to hang out in her youth) and on to Terracina. Tried to reinact a photo on the beach from the 60's but couldnt find an upturned boat to casually lean against so ended up looking like a bit of a weirdo posing in my lycra instead!

The coastal road took us through some cool tunnels (i got in trouble for photographing the one below as it was uphill and i therefore wasnt putting my 'all' into it...!) which were quite fun until one took us by suprise as we were plunged into total darkness just as a convoy of lorries came thundering past us. Lorry horns in tunnels are REALLY LOUD!Read more
