Jiuzhai Valley is named after the nine villages there. These nine villages are also known as "Heyao Jiu Zhai". The language, clothing, and customs of Tibetans there are obviously different from those of the neighbouring compatriots. Jiuzhai Valley, Sichuan, known as a fairy tale world and a fairyland on earth, is located in the south-central part of Jiuzhaigou County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the northwest of Sichuan Province, and is located in the southeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
