Reykjavik Day 1

Landing at 6am is brutal. After navigating the airport, off site car rental agency and the hour drive in rush hour traffic to Reykjavík proper, we lucked out and were able to pay to get into our room early. After a couple cat naps we found lunch, went out to the harbor area did a couple touristy things (Flyover Iceland and the Lava Show) and then grabbed a really amazing dinner at at little restaurant in the old harbor. Ed is done in, but I’m sticking it out for an Icelandic storyteller at a little pub just down from the street from our hotel.Weiterlesen
