Life in Sofia :)

Had a food tour. Saw a very intelligent thing to keep in mind in a traditional restaurant: They hang a second table above the first table to put more food on it. :D Best wine: Pelino
Best spice: Rainbow salt (salt, spices, herbs)
Most unique: Yoghurt with "lactobacillus bulgaricus", bacteria that have been found in Bulgaria.

We also took Jos bike, exchanged the special made part with a new original and got ready to continue!Read more
