SP&R Overlook & Aquarium Outing

Today I took the #50 bus to the Light Rail and then to the Light Rail to West Lake Station where I met up with a group of other like minded people to explore. Courtney led the group. We walked to & through Pike Place Market to the new Overlook Walkway. The walkway is a lovely winding path that goes over the busy road and then down to the warfs and the aquarium. We got into the aquarium for free with the Senior Gold Cards. It was a lovely outing with some friendly people. I'm looking forward to doing more group outings and using public transportation more.

On the way back to the Light Rail I stopped in an art gallery that we had passed on the way to Pike's. The carvings were incredible. Some of them were almost affordable.Lue lisää
