Grandma for a Week

Odin spent almost the whole week with me. He came with me to my condo Friday evening. We stopped at Safeway to get food for the week. His goal was to stay up late every night. My goal was to have fun and survive with a minimal mess. He so reminds me of PigPen from Charlie Brown.

Sunday, Joshua picked him up to go fishing so I got a little break before picking him back up.

Every night we watched another episode of Harry Potter. Each movie gets a little darker. I found I really had to pay attention after the first couple. It was hard to tell who was a good guy, who was evil, and who would turn out to be a double agent; pretending to be on Voldemort's side to be able to double cross him. When I get back, I get to watch the prequels.

Tuesday we went to Henry Moses Aquatic Park and played in the wave pool for 3 hours. Afterwards we went to the new Sushi/Habachi restaurant, Mizu. It was expensive but Odin really enjoyed it.

Then Wednesday we went to the "immersive" Bubble Experience. Also expensive but we had a great time and are planning on taking Heather and Artemis when I get back to Seattle.

We ate out several times: ModPizza, McDonald's.

And Thursday we hung out while I got ready to head back to Tx. And then I brought him home, Made dinner and came back to my condo.
