Tabayesco and Mirador del rio

Brilliant day out cycling from out hotel at Cista Tequise to the view point at Miradir Del Rio. The roads were quiet enough and the ascent through Tabayesco only had 3 cars all the way to the top! As we made our way along to the top northerly point we had a great view of the island La Graciosa and and to the West La Santa. From the Mirador we had a fast decent to the port of Orzola where we had lunch. The way back was a fast 35 km through the lava fields and along a couple more vulcanos.Read more
