La Santa Triathlon and Cueva de los Verd

La Santa always offer a mini triathlon as part of the excercise programme. The bike leg had been replaced by a static bike after a bad crash a few years back so now everyone does 15km all together next to the pool before dashing out on a 3km run around the lagoon. Great fun and great excercise for 57 minutes!
Later that day we visited the caves further north. Very interesting excursion underground in large lava tubes created by hot flowing lava. The lava on top cools first creating the crust on top. Some tubes are mire then 7km long!
