    Visiting Kuantan during Ramadan season is quit a fascinating experience. Many of the city’s inhabitants meet for a communal pick nick before sunset so they can celebrate break fasting together. People first buy what every food they like at the local market and then sit down on their blankets in front of the biggest and most important mosque of the city. Once the muezzin gives the signal, people start eating. Roughly 30 minutes after, people quickly pack up their belongings to go inside the mosque and pray.
