The Buddha Cave

In the late afternoon, the sun came out and we went to visit a cave with hundreads of small buddha statues. I'd seen that cave in 2004 and the number of buddhas had definately increased since.

Unfortunately, I had to switch hostels for the first night, because there were bedbugs in my room. However, I still managed to get a good night's sleep and my breafkast definately made up for it!

It was impressive how empty the town was the day after the festival of lights. I had entire streets to myself and I really enjoyed that!
