Num! Num! Iced coffee as it should be--poured over ice cream and with freshly whipped cream on top. The friends I was staying with joined us for lunch, as well. That's Pete's fair dinkum Aussie Akubra hat behind the baseball cap my great-nephew gave me!

From the cafe, we walked back to catch the Bulimba ferry into the city. On the way, we passed the local cricket ground, which is edged by pandanus trees. The aerial roots have been protected with PVC tubing, which the community has then decorated.
