    We land in New York almost at midnight.
    The border controls were relatively quick, and they didn’t ask us many questions.

    The group splits up: Alessandro and I stay in New York, while the other three start the road trip from Memphis. We’ll meet again in New Orleans to continue the road trip together toward Texas.

    We take a taxi and catch a glimpse of New York’s skyscrapers from afar.    Read more
