Mount Rushmore

After my lunch stop at the lake, I continued through Custer State Park. I saw three separate herds of buffalo--so cool--and a group of very friendly donkeys that wanted the bikers to pet them. I have no idea what that was about.

Outside of the park, I rode Iron Mountain Road, an awesome twisty turny path through the hills facing Mount Rushmore.

Mount Rushmore itself was pretty cool.

Today, I met up with a friend from Germany who is now stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base. It's so nice to see old friends again! (And I hit two more Harley dealerships.)
