• Cows, Corn, Soy, and Sunflowers

So, South Dakota is pretty boring once you get away from the Black Hills and Badlands. It's just a lot of cows, corn, soy, and sunflowers with a tiny town by the side of the road every 50 miles or so. Same for Minnesota, at least so far.

Yesterday, I made it to Montevideo, MN, around 19:00. Not a long day, just a boring one.

I left this morning at 06:00 in very dense fog that didn't clear until 08:30 when I neared Minneapolis. I've just been hitting dealerships, but I saw a beautiful bald eagle soaring over me and an old covered bridge slowing collapsing by the side of the road.

Now I'm getting gas. Luckily, the Minnesota stations seem to all have 91 octane, unlike South Dakota's with only 87 at many. I had two fills with 87, but Willie chugged through it.

So long [for now], and thanks for all the fish! ✌️
