• 75,000 Miles Down!

    July 14 in the United States ⋅ 🌙 72 °F

I rolled out of Crosby at 0630, a bit later than I wanted, but my tires were low.

My first stop was the International Peace Garden, which is in No Man's Land. You technically leave the US, but you don't enter Canada. Coming back in the US, you must have either a driver's license or birth certificate. No passport is necessary. You still have to turn off the bike, take off your helmet, and spend 15 minutes explaining what you were doing, wait for them to run your tags, and explain that you don't have any MC affiliations 🤦. They finally let me back in.

My other cool stop was the geographic center of North America. Neat.

I spent the rest of the day doing what I do, churning the miles, snapping the pics.

I got held up a few times for road construction diversions, dodged a couple of deer, and finally made my way to Warroad MN, one of my Lap of the 48 locations. I'm tucked in behind a church and crashing without the tent. I bathed in mozzie repellent first though 🤣!

But I'm really excited because I rolled 75,000 miles today! I'm well on my way past the 100,000-mile goal. Thanks for sticking with me this long. The end is in sight 💪🤞.

Hope to see you on the road! Remember, NO WHINING! ✌️
