Whitehall

It’s day 💯!! And, we hit 90 (actually 91) degrees for the first time since leaving Florida! We went thru our first of four locks when they opened at 8am and arrived in Whitehall a little after 1pm. We are the only ones on this dock wall (another free wall with power and water). There are a series of linear parks that run along the water, one of which hosts the annual Sasquatch event in September. Stocked up on a few items at the farmers market… it coincidently only occurs on Tuesdays from 2-5pm in the park just down the way. Our boat is directly behind the fire department…it provided nice shade this afternoon. Tonight we are watching the every Tuesday practice for volunteer fire fighters. Tomorrow we will go thru our last Champlain lock. Traveled 25 miles today and are now 106 miles south of the Canadian border.もっと詳しく
