    Today we had a nice slow cruise on up to Lake Champlain. From here to Canada the East side is Vermont and the west side New York. We are anchored off Mount Independence on the VT side and look across to Mount Defiance and Fort Ticonderoga in NY. Mount Independence has trails but Moki cut his paw so we didn’t do much of them. It was also hot today and what little bit we did on shore had lots of annoying flying bugs. The water temp here is 76 which was pretty refreshing this afternoon. Nice breeze this evening for sunset on the deck. Lake Champlain is a big lake and we hope crossing the rest is as nice as today. Only 23 miles traveled today. Secchi 1.0 in 5.2 M.Weiterlesen
