Boca del Rio is the new part of Veracruz. Mostly residential area for the wealthy people.
Wee took a walk along the river which joins the ocean. The women in the colorful dresses are from Chappas (if I remember well). Ary recognized them from the broidery. One dress costs 20’000 pesos. This is worth one month rents of a lush apartment.
