Rhine Falls

This was fantastic! The amount and speed of the water cascading over the falls is huge! We are staying in a wonderful old hotel in Schaffhausen not far from the falls. We walked over the foot bridge to the castle, then took the lift down to the viewing platform. There is a cave entrance to the side of the falls from here. Then took the boat to the small island landing in the centre of the falls where you can climb to another viewing platform. Just an awesome sight!Leer más
