Akagera Nationalpark - Big five

Akagera National Park is located in eastern Rwanda along the border with Tanzania. Covering about 1,120 km², it features savannahs, lakes, and wetlands. Unlike Rwanda’s rainforest parks in the west, Akagera offers a classic African safari landscape with elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, and many antelope species.
