Graham wanted to stop here. Was a township of over 1000 Chinese miners and their families. He expected to see some ruins. But it was just a short board walk into the forest.

We just stayed overnight at Scottsdale. They had a lovely free camp area. With water connections for your vans. Nice longer hot showers. But you couldn't use your generator. So with the weather beingもっと詳しく

Did a nice drive today. Heading back through Beaconsfield to Holwell Gorge. Was a rough walk, but it was worth it. Spotted some great fungi. Feeling very adventurous.

We were not planning to stop here, but we couldn't resist this great free camp. So pretty with all the gums along the creek. A short stroll along a concrete walkway takes you to the main street.

Kinchega NP is only a short drive from our camp on the lake. We did the Lake Drive today and spotted lots of Emus, Roos, and Shingleback lizards.
A lovely NP to drive through. Good dirt roads.
