Here’s a look back at our unforgettable time in San Francisco: „One half of the city basks in sunlight, while the other sinks into thick fog—such a unique atmosphere!“

    - We spent the nights at the **Golden Gate Vista Point ($0.00)**. (Along with many other campers, feeling completely safe.)
    - Walked parallel to the freeway (not the most relaxing route, but definitely memorable!) 😬.
    - Visited **Fisherman’s Wharf** and found some fun souvenirs 🧲🍩.
    - Marveled at the steep **Lombard Street** with its 31.5% incline.
    - Enjoyed the first rays of ☀️-shine at Pier 39.
    - Melanie saw California sea lions for the first time—there were so many! 🦭. 😍
    - Explored the world’s largest candy store 🍬🍫🍩🍭.
    - Rode the **Cable Car** and checked out the **Cable Car Museum**. (Dillon's big dream—last time he wasn't allowed to drive because Edy thought it was too expensive.) 😘
    - Had a delicious meal in Chinatown 🇨🇳🥬🍚.
    - Strolled through the **Financial District** (like every big city, it has one, but here it’s up in the clouds!) 😉.
    - Admired the bustling **Ferry Building**, with live music, Shakespeare in the garden, and a charming little market.
    - Climbed all 414 steps to the **Coit Tower**.
    - Snapped a picture on San Francisco’s famous slanted streets 😉 (We loved how the street names are printed on the pavement at intersections!; so that we always know where we are.)
    - Saw at least 8 police cars speeding by with sirens blaring 🚓🚔🚨.
    - Visited the historic **Fort Point**.
    - Finally caught a glimpse of the **Golden Gate Bridge** before it disappeared back into the fog. 🌁
    - Learned that the bridge’s massive steel cables were individually installed over a span of 9 months—amazing!
    - And to cap it off, we spotted a raccoon 🦝 rummaging through trash cans late at night.
