Homeward bound

With mixed emotions we are heading home today.

This has been an odd trip all round.

After 2.5 wet days in Seville, we started in a fairly positive mood as the sun was out. The first day went well, albeit that we had to make allowances for flooding. But really from that point on the weather seemed against us. We had so many detours/missed days due to flooding that it seemed to get harder to motivate ourselves. If we are honest we aren’t really too sad to be going home. Not that we would wish Peter’s injury on him.

We do have the choice to return to Merida and continue from there at some future date. We will see

I have popped in a few photos of the view from our room here in Seville. We definitely won’t be sorry to see the rucksacks put away for sometime. Thanks for following along xRead more
