The Jantar Mantar Observatory

We had no idea what we were going to see here, but discovered that it is another UNESCO World Heritage Site. This is a collection of huge astronomical instruments completed in 1734 by the king who founded Jaipur. The different structures tell time in various ways, show where the North Star is in the sky, show where the twelve astrological sign constellations are in the sky, and more.
