France is definitely a nation of dog lovers, and we have encountered many over the trip so far. What I have noticed is that finally most dog owners here pick up after their pooches.

Noice, but no whippies?
旅行者Saw two whippies in Cahors but didn't have my phone
旅行者Dogs on trains, planes and in automobiles! We saw it all! Well I saw one very posh and dressed up doggie 🐶 on flight from Biarritz to Paris.
