    Welcome centre for Mirador GreyOff we hiked again!....took the Mirador Grey.... complete with icebergs... some pristine blue.... it was freezing cold and very windy..... but spectacular

    Mirador Grey Hike

    We broke camp and said goodbye (very happily) to our tents, cold showers and non flushing loos! One more walk to do to complete our "W" which incorporated Mirador Grey. From the Grey gatehouse, we set off towards our destination, crossing the Pingo River on a wooden suspension bridge. Then, we passed through a forest of lenga and coigüe trees, straight out of a fairy tale, and finally arrived at the dark sand beach, from where we could glimpse fragments of the great glacier we were heading towards.Read more
