Plaza Principal 24 De Septiembre

The main square is called the 24th September Square in honor of the anniversary of the uprising that brought Santa Cruz to independence. Today this is one of the most important places for social and casual meetings between young and old from all walks of life and nationalities. The walls around the plaza have some very beautiful graffiti.
Another interesting thing is that one rarely sees a Bolivian flag here. The predominant flags are the green, white and green flags of the Santa Cruz province.Leggi altro
