    El Sillar

    After an hour or so, we reached El Sillar.
    Sillar are giant columns of clay formed by erosion.
    El Sillar, in English--The Saddle.
    The winding road climbs up another quebrada (Quebrada Chiriyoj Waykho) and eventually crosses from peak to peak across two valleys. The Sillar sits below the road, and is a masterpiece of eroded rock formations cut through by a (in the summer months) dry riverbed.
    One one side of the viewpoint, there is the El Sillar formations and on the other side are very colorful hills.
