From Azapa valley to the Lluta valley

Once on the road, we passed into the Azapa valley outside of Arica. The valley is really green but the surroundings are stark and bleak as a typical desert. At the end of the climb we reached the high pass between here and the Lluta valley. From the high pass, there's a road directly going to Putre our destination for the day but we went into the Lluta valley since we wanted to see some interesting places that we had marked on this route.Read more
