Goodbye Atacama

We left Atacama towards Calama by the 10:15 am bus. Calama is about 90 kms from Atacama and it takes about 1.5 hrs to reach there. Our flight to Santiago was from Calama and was scheduled at 2:30 pm so we would have enough time to catch it. The bus ticket to Calama was 3000 CLP while the tickets to the aeropuerto was 8000 CLP. The airport was just 4 kms from Calama. So we decided to go to Calama and have our lunch and then take a taxi to the airport.Les mer
