To Mompox Cemetery

Having purchased our bus tickets, we checked our offline maps and saw that the nearest place to see was the Mompox cemetery about 300 mts away. We walked over towards the cemetery. On the way, we walked under the shadows of the Mango and Totumo trees. We also saw barber shops under the trees, reminding of the UMT (Under Mango Tree) barber shops in India ;)
The cemetery had an imposing white arch as the entrance. There was no entry fee.Read more
