• Tunnels, crocodiles and Uncle Buster!

We are staying right near the special tunnels of Darwin. They were dug out to store fuel for warplanes, so it couldn't be blown up by bad guy bombers in World War 2. Seems like hard work, all that digging! There was also a cool robot made of old ship parts.
Then we went to a crocodile centre in town. We had our photos taken with a little crocodile called Fluffy. He felt soft to hold and he's was very calm. We also liked the snakes and lizards and turtles. We had a nice time exploring shops in Darwin.
Tonight we had dinner at Uncle Buster's house. He cooked yummy fish on the balcony. His house and pool are very tropical! We loved playing with Baz the dog.
