Canyon Creek

Not our first hike under pouring rain, but probably the worst drench ever! There was so much water running down the trail that it really felt like we were done swimming up the stream... Completely soaked from head to toes, we held on to the challenge and made it to Deer Lake (12 km both ways). The secret of our courage? The hot springs waiting for us at the trailhead!

Ce n'est pas notre première rando suis une pluie battante, mais quand même la pire trempette à ce jour ! Il y avait tellement d'eau ruisselant le long du sentier qu'il nous a vraiment semblé être des saumons remontant le courant... Complètement trempé des pieds à la tête, nous avons bravé les intempéries et remonté le défi en atteignant finalement Deer Lake (12 km a/r). Le Secret de notre ténacité ?
