Erstmal den Morgen gemütlich angehen!
Dann mit Race -car- Steffi einkaufen gehen….
Target wir kommen!!!
Ein neuer Wagen für die Fischers Kinder soll es werden!
Nach langem schauen und ausprobieren wurde es ein Jeep!
Ein Geschenk welches die Popoures , Dirk und ich, zusammen für das Familienglück am Strand/im Zoo/ oder einfach für nen Ausflug entschieden haben zu schenken.

Nach dem Aufbau gehts nicht zum Markt wie geplant, da schon zu späte, aber dafür zum Mittagessen!
Blaze&Brew heißt das Restaurant.
Obwohl es viele Sorten Bier gibt, bin ich noch nicht so davon überzeugt wie vom frisch gemachten Mittagessens 🤷🏻‍♀️
Bier mit Obst und Sonstiges, sozusagen „gemischtes Bier“ , is halt mal nicht mein Ding.

Nachhause, ein Nickerchen, und dann kann der Spätnachmittag beginnen!

First of all Saturday morning with a slow start!
Coffee, sitting outside(while it’s still somewhat coo)!
Afterward going to target with „
„race car Steffi“
Target here we come!!!!
A wagon for the Fischer’s kids it’s going to be.
After awhile of checking, comparing, trying outs it was going to be the Jeep!
A present shared by the Popoures , Dirk and myself, for trips to the beach/ the zoo/ or just a weekend trip.

After we set it up, we did not make the farmer’s market anymore, too late, however we went for lunch to Blaze&Brew!
Even though there is a huge selection of beers, I was more convinced from their freshly made food👍
Bier wir fruit and so on, call it „ mixed bier“ is not so much my favorite.

Homeward bound, a napipoo, and let the late afternoon begin!
Right now I am sitting on the terrace… a soft breeze makes the palm trees sway in the wind. It is quite pleasant!

Zeit für Collin einen Teil seiner Familie kennenzulernen.
Der große Cousin Barrett wird den kleinen Cousin Collin zum ersten Mal treffen❤️

Auch Tante Stefanie und Onkel Scott werden Collin das erste Mal in die Arme nehmen❤️🥰
Gleich landen sie in Fresno…

Danielle holt sie ab, und ich erwarte sie hier zusammen mit Cory und Conrad ( kein Platz im Auto für uns alle ) 🤷🏻‍♀️ist zum Glück nur ungefähr 10-15 Minuten von hier bis zum Flughafen 👍

Time for Collin to meet a part of his family!

The big cousin Barrett will meet his little cousin Collin for the first time❤️
Also aunt Stefanie and uncle Scott will take Collin into their arms for the first time❤️🥰
Their plane will land in Fresno anytime now…

Danielle will pick them up, and Cory, Conrad and I will anticipate them here at the house( no room in the car for all of us) luckily the airport is only 10-15 minutes away from here.

Die Vögelchen zwitschern und sind schon fleißig am futtern …der Kaffee schmeckt… ein Kolibri hat mal kurz einen Stop gemacht und ist weitergeflogen. Ich war zu langsam mit meiner Kamera 🤷🏻‍♀️
Der Vollmond steht noch hoch am Himmel.und die Luft ist frisch und kühl.
Conrad setzt sich für ein paar Minuten dazu .

Er war total überrascht uns in Person zu sehen. Er brauchte ein paar Sekunden bis er es wahrnahm dass es wirklich Oma und Opa sind, welche in seinem Zimmer stehen.
Guten Morgen Conrad!
Zum Glück ist es Sonntag und wir alle können die Zeit miteinander verbringen.
Ein Morgenspaziergang mit Conrad, wobei er auf ein Kätzchen trifft und wir auf eine Dame aus Deutschland welche gerade mit ihren Hündchen Gassi geht. Dann Mittagessen bei „Chef Paul“ in Alt Fresno. Das ist mal ECHTES BBQ! Zufrieden geht’s wieder nachhause und wir verbringen einen entspannten Nachmittag mit den „Kindern“
Cory macht lecker Abendessen, DANKE CORY! Und wir beenden den Tag mit einen Bad für Conrad. Naja, bei Oma und Opa wurde es ein bisschen wilder, Erdbebenwoge in der Badewanne usw, hihihi.

Hallo Conrad! Oma and Opa are he! Dirk meets Conrad for the first time.
Finally Conrad sees us in person, not only over video chat on the iPad. And the same for us.
Conrad we love you so much❤️❤️
He was totally surprised as we stood in his room after he woke up. It took a few seconds for him to realize that it actually were Oma and Opa LIVE AND IN PERSON!

Luckily it’s Sunday and we can spend all the time in the world with each other.
A morning walk with Conrad, where he meets a little kitty and we (Dirk) get into a conversation with a German lady on her round with her doggie. Then lunch at „Chef Paul“ in old town Fresno. That’s what we call REAL BBQ! Satisfied we return home, only to spend a chilling afternoon with our „kids“
Cory ends up making a delish dinner for all of us, THANK YOU CORY! And we end the day giving Conrad a tubby. Well…with Oma and Opa it gets a bit more extreme in the tub, I just say
Tsunami in the tub and so on, hihihi!

Gottseidank geht es Conrad heute besser! Er hatte eine Magenverstimmung und war gestern fast die ganze Nacht wach 🤢🤮armes Burschi!
Daher fahren wir erst heute nach Morro Bay.
Ein wunderschöner Beach, wenig überlaufen! Dazu mehr später.

Es regnet, und regnet, man könnte denken wir sind noch in Deutschland ☔️
Trotzdem machen wir einen Spaziergang mit Conrad. Er wird wohl nicht so ausgiebig sein wie gestern.
Heute haben wir Conrad ein Video von „ tanzen, singen, bewegen“ gezeigt, und er war davon ganz begeistert 🥰 aber, seht selber
Auch ein Stop bei Walmart und BevMo war heute Nachmittag ( nach Conrad’s Mittagsschlaf) notwendig um ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu holen.

Wieder zuhause, Conrad ab in die Heia, natürlich erst mal mit Oma den Tag Revue passieren lassen.

Today we introduced Conrad to the German videos of „tanzen, singen, bewegen“ he was totally into it,🥰as you can see for yourself.
