Beautiful Lake Rotorua

I did not expect Lake Rotorua to be quite so beautiful. Sun glinted off the surface as I walked along the boardwalk pathway among the shady trees, enjoying the peace. Arrived at an area where steam rose up from the alien like landscape. Just the most amazing place, with the water sparkling in the sunlight. It was hot so I took advantage of the air conditioning in the Princess Gate hotel, and had fish and chips in the restaurant while a Judy Garland concert played over the speakers.
