Riviera Beach, FL to the BAHAMAS!

WE DID IT! We got up at 6am, got Dave his bread, gassed up, and headed out across the gulf stream. It was a bit scary at first. Dark clouds and waves 4 to 6 feet contradicted our weather forecasting, and we literally hung on tight and headed for the sun shine. Before we were 1/2 way through, the seas calmed, and the sun warmed us. Dolphins jumped for joy around us, and we knew we had picked the right day.
We landed in the Bahamas at our reserved marina only to be told customs was 5 miles up the coast. Once we got there, though, customs was a breeze, and we were quickly on our way. We returned to our very rustic marina for the night. Kinda emotionally spent. It'll be a quiet night and moving again tomorrow in this paradise. The water is so clear. The horizons are so beautiful. It's paradise.
