After 5 days and 3400 km we finally arrived in Scottsdale. Rejoice!! Our home for the next week would be the Sheraton Desert Oasis Resort in the Windsong community of Scottsdale. Surprisingly, it was a much easier drive than I had expected, mostly due to the good driving conditions we encountered en route. The cost of gas was very reasonable, from $1.89 to $2.39 per gallon.
