Barraba is out of Tamworth on the way to Bingara. It's a quiet country town boasting it's Silo Art of the Water Deviner. It's a lovely piece of artwork on the town's solo's.

On the Road to Narrabri in the Mt Kaputar National Park we found these fabulous rock formations called Sawn Rocks. The area was very well set out for tourists with a track and steps. The rocks are 40mBaca lagi

Bingara Town
Just a bit of street art and the famous Roxy Theatre. Peters Cafe next to The Roxy is still an old-fashioned cafe with a real retro feel. It's actually up For Sale if you're interested!

Just out of Bingara you will find the Myall creek Massacre memorial site. It tells the story of the horrendous murder of local Aborigines by white landowners. It is quite moving to us as Wayne hasBaca lagi

Cranky Rock Recreational area is near Warialda and is a nice place to visit and camp. It's got these huge rocks that sit delicately on top of each other giving it the name Cranky Rock as it's about toBaca lagi

Copeton Dam is about 30kms out of Inverell. Lovely spot for camping. We stayed and relaxed for 2 nights. Bonus was that you could have a fire pit! Good fishing - including monster Murray cod! The damBaca lagi

Lunch stop at Glen Innes. A nice town with a Celtic look up in the high Tablelands of the New England. Notably cooler here! There is a Celtic Festival each year and a "Stones" park like Stonehenge inBaca lagi
