25 knots and more

The first few kiting days were crazy. While we expected 15-20 knots at most, we got 5 days of 25-30 knots from 1 to 6 pm. I think we got quite lucky!

It is the first time I was fully depowered on my 10 meters kite and still could easily jump above 5 meters.
The local champion (part of the Olympics team) was showing off with 12-15 meter jumps - it was very impressive to see it live.

With a wind that strong (and gusty), I could not spend more than 2 hours per day in the water. And for the very first time my abs were sore after the second day.Leggi altro
