Tatra Mountains getaway Day 1

Left for the train early in the morning and when we got to the train station our train was delayed by 50 minutes. Had to stand for almost two hours as there are no benches at the station because of the drunks and Roma's
at the station. Our trip was four and a half hours long but a beautiful trip because I got to see the northern villages in the way. Totally different from the city. When we got to Poprad-Tatry station Benzik picked us up and dropped us off at the cabin. He's a friend of Zdenko's and air traffic controller at the airport. The cabin is quaint and lovely and 30m from a creek. Went for a short walk and then unpacked our things. Tomorrow will be a hiking day.Read more
