Stornoway - the end!

An awful day weather wise and we were very glad that we hadn’t got to walk 18 miles in torrential rain and winds gusting to 50mph. I dropped Danni at Achmor then went and dropped the van at Lews Castle in Stornoway, donned my waterproofs and headed out to meet Danni. Four miles later after battling the wind and rain there she was and we walked back into Stornoway to end Danni’s Hebridean Way - it was her first long distance walk and she did amazingly well 😊 Me, well, i’ll just have to have the pleasure of finishing it off at some other time 😊Read more
