Ulverston and the Rugby Club

Today we're going to Ulverston, a lovely town full of independent shops. Birth place of Stan Laurel of Laurel and Hardy fame. We visit the indoor market and make a purchase, we also pick up some fresh vegetables for tomorrow's tea, and visit the charity shops in search of a new Whiskey glass as his got broken this morning.
After a cuppa we travel on to tonight's stop over at Millom Rugby Union Football Club, doesn't sound much but we have a lovely view.
The weather has changed today, we have beautiful sunshine and a much better temperature. We sit outside and soak up some rays for a bit before Mart decides to have a bike ride along the Lagoon and Estuary, then it's back to the van for Steak and Chips for dinner.Read more
