Heißer Tag

Deutsch:
Heute war es unglaublich heiß dementsprechend bin ich wie immer relativ früh aufgewacht, aufgestanden und habe meine morgendliche Routine begonnen. Danach bin ich tatsächlich einfach im Schatten in meinem offenen Heck gesessen, da es dort deutlich angenehmer war. Gegen Mittag habe ich meine Sachen für den Sport und die Arbeit gepackt und bin die 40 Minuten in die Stadt gelaufen. Dort bin ich als Erstes in die Post, da ich einen Paket verschicken musste und bin danach direkt weiter ins Gym. Heute lief es mir nicht ganz so gut, da ich irgendwie sehr erschöpft war. Dennoch habe ich natürlich durchgezogen. Als auch das geschafft war habe ich mich mit einem Kaffee an den Strand gelegt und habe vor Antritt meiner Schicht noch etwas entspannt. Die heutige Nachtschicht war tatsächlich etwas stressiger, was aber kein Problem ist, da es tatsächlich relativ viel Spaß macht die ganze Zeit neue Leute zu treffen, auch wenn man immer nur kurz mit Ihnen reden kann. Als meine Schicht um 10:15 Uhr vorbei war, bin ich noch mal kurz an die waterfront gegangen. Sich, wenn es dort natürlich wie immer recht belebt war, bin ich dann aber auch relativ schnell zurück zu meinem Auto gelaufen, da es schon recht spät war und ich vom Tag echt erschöpft.

It was incredibly hot today, so as usual I woke up relatively early, got up and started my morning routine. After that, I just sat in the shade in my open back, as it was much more pleasant there. Around midday, I packed my things for sports and work and walked the 40 minutes into town. The first thing I did there was go to the post office as I had to send a parcel and then I went straight to the gym. I wasn't doing so well today as I was somehow very exhausted. Nevertheless, I pushed through of course. Once I'd done that too, I lay down on the beach with a coffee and relaxed a bit before starting my shift. Tonight's night shift was actually a bit more stressful, but that's not a problem because it's actually quite fun to meet new people all the time, even if you only get to talk to them briefly. When my shift was over at 10:15, I went to the waterfront again for a short while. Even though it was quite busy there as usual, I walked back to my car relatively quickly as it was already quite late and I was really exhausted from the day.Read more
