Mein letzter Tag in Australien

Deutsch:
Heute bin ich mit der Gewissheit aufgewacht, dass das nun der letzte Tag in Australien sein wird. Als aller erstes habe ich mir etwas zum Frühstücken geholt und habe dann meine gesamte Wäsche gewaschen. Währenddessen habe ich mein komplettes Geld in die entsprechenden Währungen transferiert und im Anschluss daran meinen Koffer soweit gepackt. Als das erledigt war, habe ich mir ein spätes Mittagessen geholt (es gab Sushi). Nach dem Essen habe ich mich gerichtet, da ich meinen Abend mit Franzi verbringen werde. Nachdem wir uns getroffen haben, sind wir in die Stadt gefahren haben uns ein Getränke geholt und den Sonnenuntergang am Opernhaus genossen, danach haben wir uns eine schöne Italiener rausgesucht und sind zum Abschluss noch schön essen gegangen. Ich muss sagen es war wirklich sehr, sehr lecker und hat wie in Italien geschmeckt. Als es schon etwas später war und der Italiener schließen wollte (in Sydney schleißen die meisten Restaurants um 22uhr) sind wir zurück ins Hostel haben uns noch eine Weile in die Lobby gesetzt und sind dann ins Bett gegangen, da ich morgen fit für den Flug sein muss und der ohnehin mit meiner Erkältung schon witzig wird.

Natürlich freue ich mich jetzt sehr auf Thailand. Auf der anderen Seite bin ich natürlich auch traurig, die wunderschöne Zeit in Australien jetzt hinter mir zu lassen. Ich muss sagen, das war eine unglaublich tolle Zeit mit vielen Erfahrungen Erlebnissen Abenteuern und Geschichten, die ich nie wieder in meinem Leben vergessen werde. Ich bin sehr glücklich diese Erfahrungen gemacht zu haben und bin mir sicher, dass ich in den nächsten Jahren noch mal für die West Coast zurückkommen werde.

Today I woke up with the certainty that this would be my last day in Australia. The first thing I did was grab something for breakfast and then did all my laundry. In the meantime, I transferred all my money into the appropriate currencies and then packed my suitcase. Once that was done, I grabbed a late lunch (I had sushi). After eating, I got ready as I was going to spend the evening with Franzi. After we met up, we went into the city to get a drink and enjoy the sunset at the opera house, then we picked out a nice Italian restaurant and went out for a nice meal to finish off. I have to say it was really, really delicious and tasted just like in Italy. When it was a bit later and the Italian restaurant wanted to close (most restaurants in Sydney close at 10pm) we went back to the hostel, sat in the lobby for a while and then went to bed, as I have to be fit for the flight tomorrow and it's going to be funny with my cold anyway.

Of course I'm really looking forward to Thailand now. On the other hand, I am of course also sad to leave the wonderful time in Australia behind me now. I have to say, it was an incredibly great time with lots of experiences, adventures and stories that I will never forget in my life. I am very happy to have had this experience and I am sure that I will come back to the West Coast in the next few years.Baca lagi
