The oldest house in Tromso, built as a custom's station in 1789, surrounded by smaller houses. The foundations are the remnants of mediaeval fortifications, possibly from the 13th c.,
While looking for somewhere to have dinner we had a really nice walk along the harbour. The lights from the cathedral and the cable car were really obvious at the far side of the water.
Our last morning walking around Tromso. Lovely view to the bandstand and the Theatre behind and down to the harbour.

So we got the bus to the Ice Hotel. In the background is the MV Havilla Polaris which will be back here tomorrow after visiting Kirkenes to take us South to Bergen.
