Breakfast on the rooftop with gorgeous views. Typical menu of breads, olives, cheeses, watermelon, spring rolls, eggs etc.
Crossed the river by tram to go Vintage clothes shopping near Taksim. TheyMeer informatie
Turkish baths - girls went to ancient Turkish baths. Steam room on marble slabs for 30 minutes. You then are naked and given a full body scrub until your skin is flaking off in rolls. The TurkishMeer informatie
Explored the underground water reserves - Basilica Cisterna. Water was brought 18km from the first regions by aquaducts and stored underground.
We dressed up as the Sultan and his harem :)
Went back to Turk Art again for dinner - it was so good that we couldn’t leave before the whole family had tried it. Gorgeous view and stunning food
Woke up and packed. Then went out to buy Turkish ice cream. Flew to Antalya.
Walked through the old town and then found a stunning dinner spot at Harbour at Iskele restaurant
Meze platter the best so far, and the Yoghurt lamb kebab was probably the best food Carmen has everMeer informatie
