    Lychee shaved ice. Didn’t melt as fast as the other ice shops. No corn syrup or preservatives. They closed their store front.

    Bing bread that has chunks of potatoes, finely diced bacon, and chopped scallions with cream cheese/creme fraiche butter

    Fluke nigiri with honey and wasabi with crunchy buckwheat topping and wrapped in perilla leaves

    Broccoli steamed mixed with dates, chili, cilantro, ras el Hamut, so was spicy/sweet

    Rigatoni in cream sauce topped with charred corn and black truffles. Not strong corn flavor in the sauce but with truffles tasted of dried Chinese scallops

    Beef on top of eggplant purée/baba gnhoush, topped with tomatoes and anchovies. Didn’t like the anchovies

    Salmon or river trout choked with rice, salad greens, gochujang, salmon roe. Had a floral taste and with spicy kick

    Pig tongue that was sweet like bacon but without fat topped with macaroni salad and Dijon sauce that was unnecessary

    Steamed and then charred broccoli with anchovies sauce. Nicely balanced salt and sour from lemon

    Braised pork shoulder on top of mashed potatoes and pork gravy. Kinda bland but very tender

    Oil poached tuna with very sweet cherry tomatoes that might be marinated, green beans, quail eggs, purple potatoes

    Veal with mushroom sauce, dried porcini, sweetbread topped with mustard sauce

    Pork with roasted red pepper squares and juice, shaved cauliflower, oregano oil

    Bread with koji butter which is a yeast for soy sauce

    Fried crunchy light pastry with cream and roasted strawberry compote

    Ravioli stuffed with salted ricotta and egg yolk and topped with corn and truffles

    Old fashioned that used the restaurant’s own whiskey

    Falafel scotch eggs with hummus and cucumber salad

    Green roti was good. The masala paratha was not stuffed and spicy. Think I would have preferred stuffed
